Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC in Westfield, MA is seeking a Warehouse Loader to join a fast-paced team. You will load orders onto trailers for local stores, operate forklifts or electric pallet jacks, and ensure safe, efficient handling of merchandise during night shifts.

The role runs 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM on Sunday to Wednesday, with pay at $22.00 per hour plus $2.00 freezer pay. Benefits start day one, with medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience operating material handling equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.
• Team-oriented with a can-do attitude and willingness to help others.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks.
• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product.
• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets.
• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers and securing them to prevent damages.
• Performing equipment inspections and completing the appropriate form.
• Occasional safe lifting of varying weights and heights.

Job Description

Earn $22.00 per hour+ $2.00 Freezer pay

Full Time Night Shift (7:00PM to 5:30AM)

Schedule Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

• Utilizing forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks
• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product
• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets
• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers & ensuring pallets are secured properly to avoid damages
• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
