C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC seeks a Warehouse Unloader in Westfield, MA to efficiently unload shipments, break down pallets and move product to correct aisles using forklifts and pallet jacks.

This full-time night shift pays $27.00 per hour (including a $2 freezer premium) with weekly pay, benefits from day one, PTO, 401(k), tuition reimbursement and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience operating material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Strong safety focus and adherence to procedures.
• Team-oriented with a desire to help communities.
• Willing to follow all SOPs for equipment safety.

Responsabilités

• Receive product and record dates, break down pallets per procedures.
• Move merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, or clamp machines.
• Transport pallets from dock to correct aisles efficiently.
• Maintain pace to prevent truck backlog and perform inspections.
• Conduct safety checks and complete required forms.
• Safely lift varying case weights as needed.

Position Overview

As a Warehouse Unloader, you’ll be part of a productive team, tasked with keeping the warehouse stocked with product for our customers. Job Description

$25.00 + $2.00 freezer premium Total rate= $27.00

Incentives

Shift differential Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday Hours: 7:00pm to 5:30am 61 Medeiros Way, Westfield MA 01089

You will contribute by:

• Receiving product, recording code dates & breaking down pallets of product according to appropriate receiving procedures.
• Utilizing forklifts, electric pallet jacks and/or clamp machines to move merchandise.
• Maneuvering pallets of product from the dock to correct aisles.
• Moving at a fast pace to prevent backlog of trucks and/or product.
• Performing equipment inspections & completing appropriate forms.
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels.

What’s a great way to stay in shape?

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift.
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more.
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead.
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height.
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools.
