Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Loader in Spokane Valley to hand build pallets for bulk and route trucks, using fork lifts and pallet jacks. The role requires standing, lifting heavy cases, and maintaining accuracy in loading for outgoing shipments.

Work involves cross-functional tasks with order systems, ensuring safe practices and a tidy work area, with varying shifts depending on workload.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment with order picking, staging and handling pallets.
• Ability to operate forklift or powered pallet jack.
• Ability to lift 20–45 pounds repeatedly and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paper work with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
