Job summary

PepsiCo in Springfield, MO is hiring a Warehouse Person (Loader) to hand build pallets for bulk, route, and local deliveries. You’ll use a forklift or pallet jack, follow load sheets, and ensure accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, staging pallets, applying shrink-wrap, and maintaining paperwork for truck loading. Heavy lifting and varying shifts are common.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 20–45 pounds repeatedly and stay on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and load according to load sheet or voice pick audio.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when finished and stage into truck.
• Turn in paperwork for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Be regularly reliable with attendance.
