Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Person (Loader) in Kentucky. The role involves hand building pallets for bulk loads, using forklift and pallet jack, and ensuring accuracy in loading and documentation for outgoing and incoming trucks.

Responsibilities include staging pallets, wrapping, and maintaining housekeeping. The job requires lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly, standing and walking for long periods, and working across varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is required.
• Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Ability to work in a team and follow loading instructions.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
