Job summary

PepsiCo in Benton Harbor, MI is hiring for a warehouse loader role. You will hand build pallets, operate a forklift or pallet jack, and ensure load accuracy for outgoing and inbound trucks.

Responsibilities include building loads from order sheets, wrapping pallets, staging loads, and maintaining a clean, safe work area; heavy lifting 20-45 pounds repeatedly; frequent standing and walking. This is a labor-intensive role with shift variability based on workload.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is required.
• Forklift operation experience is required.
• Ability to work with pallets, loads and order sheets.

Responsibilities

• Operate power pallet jack or forklift to pick and load per load sheet or voice pick.
• Mark load tickets for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when load is finished.
• Turn in paperwork with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck.
• Complete partial pallets and store mixed pallets.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
