Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a warehouse associate in Michigan to hand-build pallets for bulk and route trucks. You will operate a forklift or pallet jack, ensure accurate loading, and comply with shipper/receiver documentation.

The role requires lifting heavy cases, maintaining clean work areas, and adapting to varying shifts and weather conditions. Responsibilities include staging pallets, marking stock, and ensuring safety and accuracy in all loading tasks while supporting efficient local deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Experience operating forklift and powered pallet jacks.
• Able to lift 20–45 pounds repeatedly and perform physical tasks for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment (if applicable)
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished
• Turn in paper work with order for check before loading and have truck checked
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
