Job summary

SEKO Logistics in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead shipping, receiving, storage and inventory activities, ensuring accuracy and safe, timely operations. Candidates should have at least 1 year of warehouse supervisory experience, proficiency with WMS, Excel and Outlook, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Spanish language ability is a plus. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who can train teams, coordinate schedules with managers, and uphold policy

Qualifications

  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 year plus of warehouse supervisory experience in multiple areas (Required).
  • MUST HAVE WMS and Outbound EXPERIENCE.
  • Computer Skills must include WMS, Excel, Word.
  • Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate shipping, storage, moving, and inventory of products.
  • Assign duties and examine work for exactness, conformance to policies and procedures.
  • Advise employees on care of goods and equipment; safety practices.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and orderly work area.
  • Review production schedules with supervisors/managers to ensure timely shipment.

Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).CompensationThe base salary compensation range being offer for this role is $22 - $31 USD per year.
