SEKO Logistics is seeking a Dispatcher in Dallas to coordinate US domestic shipment pickups, manage driver assignments, and ensure DOT compliance. The role requires strong data entry, MS Office proficiency, and clear communication with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Dispatch drivers for U.S. domestic shipment pick-ups and deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and internal policies.
  • Prioritize time sensitive cargo and notify drivers of assignments.
  • Maintain shipment information under Customs control documents and databases.
  • Assist with loading/unloading, labeling checks, and cargo verification.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace and follow safety procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Comply with instructions given for their own safety and health and that of others, in adhering to safe work procedures. Co-operate with management in its fulfilment of its legislative obligations.Other duties as assigned by management.REQUIREMENTS :Ability to read, comprehend, and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.Good vision and depth perception required.Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.PC literate. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).CompensationThe base salary compensation range being offer for this role is $18 - $25 USD per year.
