SEKO Logistics is seeking a detail‑oriented team member for our Dallas, TX operation. The role focuses on handling day‑to‑day customer needs, processing shipping documents, and supporting billing and records accuracy to ensure smooth logistics operations.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and strong English communication, with experience in warehousing or shipping environments. The position emphasizes accuracy, multitasking, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Uses Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support daily activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office software.
• Accurate typing and data entry; can generate routine reports.
• Excellent communication; responds promptly and professionally to customer needs.
• Reads, writes and speaks English fluently; able to communicate in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Address day-to-day customer needs and requests.
• Work with operations to resolve customer service issues.
• Assist with customer billing issues.
• Prepare shipping documents (labels, compliance labels, BOLs, etc).
• Clarify customer complaints and determine best solution; expeditiously resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update account information.
• Balance team and individual responsibilities; resolve problems promptly.

Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).CompensationThe base salary compensation range being offer for this role is $18 - $25 USD per year.
