Job summary

Huntington Bank in the United States is seeking a CMF Warehouse Client Service Analyst to support the day-to-day operations for mortgage warehouse loans and ensure adherence to CMFG policies. The role emphasizes client relationships, accuracy, and timely responses within SLAs.

You will collaborate with the CMF Operations Manager and cross-functional teams, handling loan fundings, collateral processing, settlements, and exception resolution while maintaining controls and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of mortgage operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 2 years of proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support loan activities for the warehouse lending business.
• Warehouse processes that this role may support include, but are not limited to: loan fundings, construction loan processing, collateral processing, loan aging surveillance, mark to market, hedge monitoring, loan settlements and post funding QC.
• Provide high-touch client support by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients via phone, email and virtual meetings.
• Ensure transactions and responses to client inquiries are completed accurately and within SLAs.
• Review and approve transaction requests related to fundings, collateral and/or settlements within authority assigned by manager and in accordance with HNB policy.
• Responsible for ensuring all queues, reports, and assignments are acted upon in the timeframes specified in the procedures; any delay should be escalated to management before an SLA is missed.
• Engages timely with clients and provides clear communication to clear exceptions and resolve problems.
• Teamwork: build and maintain strong relationships with peers, management, relationship managers and clients to ensure effective communication, collaboration and problem solving.
• Communicate with manager regarding trends, training issues and workflows.
• Be prepared to support clients in the event of a disaster or outage, helping execute business continuity as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
