Job summary

• Lead activities of employees engaged in loading, unloading, picking, packing, shipping and receiving.
• Supervise inbound/outbound shipments and ensure timely customer service goals.
• Perform physical tasks to move inventory as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment per safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and follow safety procedures.
• Ensure security of merchandise and accuracy of daily cycle counts.
• Coordinate routing and loading limits and direct shipments from docks.
• Prepare bills of lading and records of shipping charges.
