Job summary

Procter & Gamble's Albany Plant is seeking a Warehouse Leader to drive strategic initiatives in warehouse and logistics operations, including leadership in training, staffing, and process improvements.

In this role you will collaborate across shifts and departments to optimize receiving, shipping, and inventory accuracy, while coaching staff, enforcing safety, and embracing the Integrated Work System principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably related to Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team and execute strategy.
• Ability to coach technicians to generate and execute action plans.
• Strong collaboration and communication across site departments.
• Experience with warehouse ops, shipping/receiving, or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, organization, efficiency, and performance of the warehouse, shipping/receiving, and logistics activities at the Albany Plant.
• Inspire and guide logistics personnel by setting clear expectations and accountability.
• Ensure all shipping, receiving and internal movements processes are accurate and timely.
• Provide comprehensive oversight of all third-party logistics organizations.
• Strategically manage the receiving of materials and drive improvements in customer delivery.
