Responsibilities

• Leverages systems to monitor and maintain an efficient ALPS operation, meeting SOPs and site throughput goals.
• Identifies, reports, and eliminates defects within ALPS operations and connected systems.
• Develops technical mastery and trains others in ALPS.
• Participates in DDS and Shift Change meetings and communicates inefficiencies for process improvement.
• Owns an equipment, system, area or program ownership to support ALPS operations.
• Cross-trains and flows to work across technology systems at the site.
• Works with site Operations teams to maintain cohesive, responsive operations.
• Follows Quality Assurance and Site Safety requirements and company guidelines.
