Job summary

RAB Lighting in Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive overall site performance. This leadership role oversees all warehousing activities, personnel, and operational excellence.

You will implement SOPs, optimize layout, manage inventory accuracy, coach staff, monitor KPIs, and control costs in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. A hands-on manager who drives results and safety is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory/manager role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety best practices.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Coach and develop a team of warehouse associates with clear expectations.

RAB Lighting is seeking an experienced, results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive overall site performance. This highly visible leadership role is responsible for all warehousing activities, personnel, and operational excellence.

We're looking for a leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach. The right candidate will drive accountability, develop their team, and create a culture focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Own and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring performance goals are met across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates while setting clear expectations and driving accountability for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Drive a culture where employees consistently exceed customer expectations in quality, delivery, and service.
• Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counts, audits, and inventory control best practices.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures that improve consistency and efficiency.
• Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and operational processes to maximize productivity.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enforce all company safety policies and warehouse regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for every employee.
