Job summary

CPS Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and drive continuous improvement. You will oversee receiving, shipping, inventory, and material movement while maintaining high safety standards.

You’ll coach and develop warehouse associates, ensure on-time shipments, and optimize inventory with WMS/ERP systems. This role requires 6+ years in warehousing and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent warehouse management experience.
• 6+ years of warehouse or distribution experience, preferably within food manufacturing.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory, and material movement.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Warehouse Associates while assigning daily priorities.
• Ensure accurate, on-time inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and effective inventory control.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Drive process improvements that increase efficiency, optimize warehouse space, and improve workflows.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and report inventory performance to leadership.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Production, and Quality to support uninterrupted operations and food safety.
• Utilize WMS and ERP systems to manage inventory and warehouse performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
