Job summary

CPS, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, efficient flow from receiving through shipment.

You will coach and develop a team of Warehouse Associates, manage inventory using WMS/ERP, and partner with Supply Chain, Production, and Quality to maintain food safety and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in warehouse management.
• 6+ years of warehouse or distribution experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Experience leading warehouse teams.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory, and material movement.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Warehouse Associates while assigning daily priorities.
• Ensure accurate, on-time inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and effective inventory control.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and optimize space and workflows.
• Monitor KPIs and report inventory performance to leadership.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, and Quality to support uninterrupted operations and food safety.
• Utilize WMS and ERP systems to manage inventory and warehouse performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
