Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Leader to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure exceptional service, safety, and performance across our distribution network. You will optimize inventory, lead change initiatives, and deliver business outcomes while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

This role focuses on developing frontline talent, managing KPI performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to support sales and production targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field.
• Two years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred with exposure to Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience supervising front-line staff in a performance-driven environment; proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receiving and delivery of raw materials and finished products.
• Optimize warehouse layout, docks, and routing to minimize loading time.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet daily sales needs.
• Provide timely service to sales while minimizing costs.
• Develop and motivate the team to solve day-to-day operational issues and hit performance goals.
• Drive change leadership while minimizing people impact.
• Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Hire and train frontline hourly personnel and build capability.
• Maintain inventory systems for production scheduling and housekeeping/safety standards.
• Identify productivity opportunities to help meet annual operating plan.
