Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated LD&T Supervisor to oversee and coordinate between office staff, warehouse associates, carriers, suppliers, and customers. You will lead frontline staff to deliver on-time, accurate shipments while upholding safety, quality, cost, and service metrics.

The role requires strong SAP and WMS experience, inventory control of 700+ SKUs, and the ability to optimize scheduling and facilities layout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or 10 years of logistics experience.
• Strong SAP and WMS experience; familiarity with RFID/rF technologies.
• Ability to train workforce and supervise program planning to meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Annual Operating Plan adherence and productivity target achievement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and 700+ SKUs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (DOT, OSHA, EPA, Hazmat).
• Oversee SAP order picking and payroll approvals in Kronos.
• Serve as on-site IT point-of-contact and SAP SMEs.
