Job summary

Columbia External Careers Site in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, and security of products.

You will ensure product rotation, maintain safety and quality standards, and communicate with supervisors to address issues while fostering teamwork and completing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum three years warehouse experience (logistics or material handling preferred)
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

Education/Training:

• High School diploma or GED required

Licenses/Certifications:

• For all warehouse equipment
• Minimum of 18 years of age

Experience:

• Minimum three (3) years warehouse experience, with logistics or material handling preferred

Knowledge/Skills:

• Excellent time management skills while working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge

Physical Requirements:

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull 50 lbs. repetitively and up to 100 lbs.
• Push/Pull 165 lbs. kegs
• Bend/stoop/crouch/squat/ use arms/wrists/hands/grasp
• Climb stairs/ladder
• Work mostly indoors, occasionally outdoors
