Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Lead to work with the Warehouse Supervisor to drive efficient warehouse operations. You will lead daily activities, train teammates, and ensure safe handling of products with strong emphasis on accuracy and communication.

Responsibilities include supervising order fulfillment, using forklift/power equipment, and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• A minimum of one year of work experience is required.
• Background in warehouse and inventory control fundamentals.
• Experience in a leadership role preferred.
• Must have strong communication skills, be detailed, and organized.
• Ability to obtain PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification upon hire.
• Basic computer application and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse activities with the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Fill orders and handle physical products and equipment.
• Train and coach warehouse team members.
• Execute goals of the warehouse action plans daily.
• Direct daily activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Communicate process improvements to management and staff.
• Operate industrial power equipment to restock and replenish inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace compliant with policies.
