Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices.
• Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a team.
• Hands-on problem solver with a process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate: Assign daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain workflow.
• Train and mentor: Provide hands-on coaching and on-the-job training for employees to ensure compliance with best practices.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency: Conduct audits, monitor warehouse procedures, and assist in process improvements.
• Assist in scheduling and planning: Work closely with management to optimize labor and resource allocation.
• Foster a positive work environment: Help resolve conflicts, promote teamwork, and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Support warehouse operations: Step in as needed to lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day functionality.
