Job summary

• Ensure processes for damaged product check-in and related areas are followed.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff; evaluate processes for continuous improvement.
• Communicate improvements and goals with management and staff.
• Model safety culture and ensure compliance with policies.
• Lead and motivate team to meet deadlines; coach teammates.
• Assist in interviewing candidates and support managers on performance matters.
