Job summary

Factor_ is seeking an Area Manager, Warehouse in Aurora, IL to oversee warehouse operations, coach a large team, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires leadership, strong problem solving, and a focus on safety and quality under HelloFresh’s standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating receiving, shipping, and distribution, auditing processes, training staff, and collaborating with production to optimize costs and reliability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or related management work experience.
• At least 5 years of work experience in warehouse management with a track record of accomplishments and customer satisfaction in technology-driven companies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, shipping, storage/distribution, and logistics.
• Coach and guide associates, leads and supervisors.
• Ensure safety, GMP and SQF compliance and PPE/hygiene policies.
• Coordinate with production to maximize reliability and minimize costs.
• Conduct internal audits and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement warehousing training programs.
