Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate in Fairfield, OH to drive accuracy and productivity across the team. The role focuses on data entry, inventory control, and guiding the crew to meet performance standards in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The position requires at least 4 years of warehouse experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong leadership ability. The schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM, with benefits and potential for bonus or commission based on performance.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office experience, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• 4 years of warehouse experience.
• Strong multitasking and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for accurate data entry.
• Handle inventory, monitor levels and reconcile merchandise.
• Assign work and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates in equipment use and maintenance; ensure housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor availability of tools, materials, and supplies.
• Oversee equipment usage and safety procedures.
• Assist with resolving problems to maximize productivity and address substandard performance.
