Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate III to coordinate material handling activities and support the Warehouse Supervisor. You will work with top tools in the industry to grow professionally, with compensation starting at $20/hr and potential bonus or commissions.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in warehouse operations.
Material handling experience.

Responsibilities

Train and coach material handling employees; assist team members in duties as necessary.
Identify workload inefficiencies and reassign tasks accordingly.
Utilize a warehouse management system and maintain required work documents.
Load, unload, move, and stack products using a forklift or other equipment.
Pick, wrap, count, weigh, inventory or tag products and materials.
Stage material within designated areas.
Inspect handling equipment and perform basic maintenance; inspect trailers before loading/unloading freight.
