RXO Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate in Kentucky to drive accuracy and productivity. You will lead a team, oversee data entry, inventory levels and merchandise reconciliation, and ensure safe operations.

You will assign work, coach staff, train on equipment and housekeeping, and monitor tools and supplies to maximize efficiency. 1 year of warehouse experience and bilingual Spanish are pluses.

Formación

• At a minimum, you’ll need Microsoft Office experience including Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• 1 year of warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Be responsible for accurate data entry.
• Handle inventory, monitor levels and perform merchandise reconciliation.
• Assign work and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, procedures and housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor availability of tools, materials and supplies; ensure safety procedures.
• Oversee equipment usage and guide team adherence to safety programs.
• Assist with resolving problems to maximize productivity and correct substandard performance.
• Process PM Roadie returns and audit PM Roadie returns.
