Job summary

RXO, Inc. in Toledo, OH is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to oversee data entry, inventory control, and team supervision. You will assign workloads, coach 2–5 associates, and ensure safety and housekeeping standards while driving productivity.

This role requires warehouse experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, the ability to learn new applications quickly, and strong organizational skills. Availability for multiple shifts (days/evenings/weekends) is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for accurate data entry.
• Handle inventory, monitor levels and perform merchandise reconciliation.
• Assign work and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates in equipment use, procedures, and housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor tools, materials, and supplies availability.
• Oversee equipment usage and safety adherence.
• Assist in resolving performance issues.
• Process PM Roadie returns.
• Audit PM Roadie returns.
