Job summary

Northern Star Resources Limited is seeking a Lead Warehouse Technician to oversee on-site warehouse operations in Delta Junction, Alaska. The role supports supply, storage and distribution of goods and guides day-to-day activities of warehouse staff.

Working 15 days on, 13 days off, you will handle stock takes, deliveries, and reporting, while maintaining safety and complying with company values. A strong background in logistics and forklift operation is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in shipping/receiving or inventory.
• Warehouse environment experience.
• Ability to pass a background check and post‑offer physical.
• Forklift/telehandler experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular stock takes.
• Attend daily pre-start meetings to ensure effective communication and safety.
• Accept deliveries from suppliers/freight companies.
• Maintain general day to day stores management.
• Deliver consumables where required.
• Facilitate transportation of high priority deliverables to site from local suppliers.
• Liaise with management to forecast future requirements of consumables.
• Assist with completing reports and issuance.
• Mentor current Warehouse Technicians
• Maintain training records for all current and new employees
• Train and mentor incoming Warehouse Technicians
