Northern Star Resources Limited seeks a Lead Warehouse Technician in Delta Junction, AK to oversee warehouse services, ensure quality supply and distribution, and guide day-to-day activities of technicians.

This full-time on-site role requires a high school diploma, 2 years in shipping/receiving or inventory, forklift operation, and strong communication. The position features a 15-on/13-off rotating schedule at a remote campsite with on-site lodging and company amenities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in shipping/receiving or inventory.
• Warehouse environment experience and forklift operation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular stock takes and maintain stores records.
• Attend daily pre-start meetings for safety and communication.
• Accept deliveries from suppliers and manage first-inventory checks.
• Deliver consumables and manage on-site distribution.
• Forecast future consumable needs with management.
• Mentor and train warehouse staff and maintain records.
