Job summary

Grundfos Brookshire, TX is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead 20+ employees across receiving, clean and prep, and warehouse tasks. You will ensure timely receipt, put-away, and delivery to production using SAP WM, while monitoring KPI dashboards and safety standards.

As a key member of the GCB Operations - Supply Chain team, you will drive cost reductions, continuous improvement, and on-time material flow, coaching staff, conducting meetings, and upholding EHS compliance to support

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse/stockroom experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency with SAP WM in receiving and warehouse environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; basic math for inventory management.
• Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, or other material handling equipment and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, develop, and direct 20+ employees across receiving, clean and prep, and warehouse areas.
• Ensure timely and accurate receipt, put-away, kitting, and delivery of materials to production using SAP WM.
• Lead warehouse daily action meetings and collaborate cross-functionally with planning, production, quality, shipping, and engineering teams.
• Adhere to cycle count program; investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all EHS policies and communicate safety goals to the team.
• Identify and implement cost reduction measures and process improvements to support Grundfos Ignite '27.
