Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Manufacturing Warehouse Manager in Brookshire, TX to lead end-to-end warehouse operations for a world-class water pump manufacturing facility. You will drive safety, quality, service, and cost performance while supporting production schedules and customer deliveries.

You will manage 3PL providers, optimize the external network, and maintain inventory accuracy using SAP and WMS. A strong emphasis on leadership, coaching, and a culture of continuous improvement is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of warehouse, distribution, or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in warehouse/logistics operations and personnel
• Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) or external warehouse providers
• Proficiency with SAP warehouse transactions and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Must work on-site in Brookshire, TX plant 5 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory control to ensure uninterrupted material flow to manufacturing
• Oversee third-party warehouse providers by establishing KPIs, auditing performance, and optimizing external warehouse network for cost and service
• Maintain inventory accuracy through SAP and WMS, lead cycle counts and annual inventories, drive corrective actions on discrepancies
• Manage warehouse space utilization, storage capacity planning, and material transfers between external warehouses and manufacturing facilities
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors, leads, and associates with a focus on safety and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, EHS requirements, and environmental procedures including waste disposal and spill response
