Job summary

Grundfos in Brookshire, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end logistics across receiving, storage, and shipping for our pump manufacturing facility. You will drive safety, accuracy, and on-time delivery while managing internal operations and external 3PL providers.

You will oversee SAP/WMS-based inventory control, cycle counts, and continuous improvement initiatives, mentoring warehouse staff to deliver world-class performance in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of warehouse, distribution, or supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing warehouse/logistics operations and personnel.
• Experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) or external warehouse providers.
• Proficiency with SAP warehouse transactions and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory control to ensure uninterrupted material flow to manufacturing.
• Oversee third-party warehouse providers by establishing KPIs, conducting audits, monitoring performance, and optimizing the external warehouse network for cost and service efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through SAP and WMS, lead cycle count programs and annual physical inventories, and drive corrective actions on discrepancies.
• Manage warehouse space utilization, storage capacity planning, and material transfers between external warehouses and manufacturing facilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse supervisors, leads, and associates while promoting a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Ensure full compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, EHS requirements, and environmental procedures including waste disposal and spill response.
