Job summary

Randstad USA is partnered with this employer to fill a crucial Warehouse Lead role overseeing daily warehousing, inventory, and logistics operations in Savannah, GA. The position leads order fulfillment, inbound receiving, stock organization, and 3PL collaboration, with a salary of $65,000–$70,000 per year and first shift hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Experience level: Experienced.
• Education: High School.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily receiving, picking, QC, packing, and shipping (FTL, LTL, parcel).
• Manage Sales Orders, Post Goods Issues (PGI), and daily SAP transactions.
• Support month-end delivery closures and provide daily open-order reports to Customer Service.
• Direct cycle counts, track min/max consumable levels, and inspect stock for damages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate 3PL delivery releases and export paperwork with cross-functional teams.
• Train and cross-train team members, lead EHS/safety audits, and oversee equipment inspections.
