Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Fort Worth, TX to champion safety and lead distribution operations. You will train new selectors and warehouse staff on safety and processes, audit pallets, assist with loading, and work closely with supervision to cover desks when needed.

The role emphasizes safety compliance, incident investigation, and developing safety reports while mentoring employees involved in safety, training, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Warehouse Distribution experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Double Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred.
• Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklift experience preferred.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Train new selectors on the selection process.
• Train warehouse employees and others regarding safety-related issues.
• Audit pallets and work.
• Assist with loading, inspecting, and ensuring proper load quality.
• Collaborate with the supervisor to cover the desk when necessary.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and work-related injuries.
• Prepare and submit accident-related compliance forms and maintain files.
• Develop various safety reports and cost-saving recommendations.
• Develop employees engaged in safety, training, and/or compliance processes.
