Job summary

NorthPoint Fresh is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency. You will assist in receiving, picking, staging, inventory, loading, and unloading while mentoring team members.

The role requires forklift experience, strong communication, dependability, and flexibility to cover varied shifts, including weekends as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Warehousing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prove dependability and attendance.
• Must have basic math and computer skills.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays or different shifts when needed to ensure the business is operational 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Assist and lead daily warehouse operations including vendor receiving, system operation, tagging, picking, staging and inventory.
• Organize and secure materials such as boxes and pallets.
• Load and unload product with forklift onto pallets, platforms or trucks.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Examine and verify goods and comply with standards.
• Read and verify tickets to determine accuracy and inbound/outbound orders.
• Train and coach other warehouse employees to maintain a safe, collaborative environment.
• Work with teams to improve key performance metrics and labor standards.
