HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Massachusetts to provide hands-on leadership and keep daily warehouse operations running safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience looking to grow into a leadership position.

You will lead and support the shift, assign workflow, monitor productivity, and ensure accurate handling, labeling, and shipping. The position emphasizes safety, inventory accuracy, and team development.

Formación

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Forklift/PIT experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Safety-focused with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with inventory and warehouse processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working in varying warehouse temperatures.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.
