Job summary

Mile Hi Companies is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the associate workforce in daily tasks and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will coordinate with Dispatch and supervise safety and quality in loading and trailer handling.

The role requires a high school diploma and ability to learn computer programs including MS Office. You will monitor order reliability, supervise staff, and support the shift supervisor with special orders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Ability to learn and use computer programs including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to perform basic calculations (subtotals, totals, fractions).
• Ability to apply common sense and handle problems with multiple variables.

Responsibilities

• Direct the associate workforce to complete daily tasks.
• Ensure department and employees operate safely.
• Troubleshoot production issues in warehouse.
• Coordinate paperwork with associates and Dispatch.
• Support order reliability and dependability initiatives.
• Assist with trailer inventory and dock door placement.
• Verify trailers meet company standards during loading.
• Perform random load evaluations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of cold dock and related areas.
• Support shift supervisor with special orders.
• Check trailer temperatures before loading.
• Assist Receiving Clerk tasks as needed.
• Oversee pre-shift safety stretching and supervision.
