WeatherTech Direct, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the Retail Department on the 2nd shift in Bolingbrook, IL. The role coordinates daily warehouse operations, leads the team, ensures safe and efficient work, and communicates across shifts.

The ideal candidate has experience with RF scanners, understands work orders, and can train staff while meeting order accuracy and productivity targets. A shift premium applies.

Qualifications

• Experience using an RF Scanner.
• Ability to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and procedures to prevent accidents.
• High attention to detail to avoid shortages and downtime.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Able to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 20 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as required.
• Epicor experience is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Lead (Retail Department) - 2nd Shift

The Warehouse team is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead to assist with the coordination and monitoring of the daily operations of the Warehouse department by providing work leadership to the Warehouse team. Hourly rate starts at $22/hour depending on experience with a 2nd shift premium of $1/hour.

As a Warehouse Lead, you will

• Monitor and supervise assigned team ensuring all employees are working safely and efficiently while staying on task
• Participate in daily shift meetings to share any pertinent information or issues between shifts, promoting interaction and communication between all three shifts and related departments
• Coordinate and assign all team members their daily tasks
• Be sure pickers and packers are accurate and productive
• Receive and appropriately react to all department related reports
• Email any and all necessary parties with regard to product and personnel issues
• Package various products to order specifications
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing orders
• Train new and existing team members on company and departmental policies and procedures, including safety protocols; enforce all company policies, procedures, and protocols
• Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties
• Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department

• Must possess a high degree of attention to detail to avoid shortages, delays, work stoppages, and other issues that lead to downtime or efficiency loss

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required
• Epicor experience is a plus
• Authorized to work in the United States
