Job summary

WeatherTech Direct, LLC is seeking Order Pickers/Packers for2nd shift (2:00-10:30pm) to pick, package, and restock products. The role offers competitive pay starting at $18.50 per hour, with an additional $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include selecting orders with RF Scanner, packing to specifications, and working as part of a team to maintain efficiency. Training and safety procedures are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months related work experience.
• Experience using an RF Scanner.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions.
• A high degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required.
• Fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States.

• Package various products to order specifications.
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing orders.
• Train new and existing team members on different functions of the production area to ensure all can perform each task properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivity.
• Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department.
