Job summary

WeatherTech is seeking a Warehouse Lead for the 2nd shift in Bolingbrook, IL. You will supervise the warehouse team, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure safe, accurate order processing while communicating across shifts and departments.

Your role includes training staff on safety policies and company procedures, monitoring performance, and handling reports. A strong attendance record and Epicor experience are a plus; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Experience using RF scanners and reading work orders.
• Strong safety practices and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work weekends/overtime.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Epicor experience is a plus; authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise assigned team ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Participate in daily shift meetings to share information between shifts.
• Coordinate and assign daily tasks to team members.
• Ensure pickers and packers are accurate and productive.
• Receive and react to department reports and communicate with stakeholders.
• Package products to order specifications and process orders as a team.
• Train new and existing team members on policies and safety procedures.
• Follow safety and company procedures while performing duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
