Job summary

WeatherTech Direct in Bolingbrook, IL is hiring Order Pickers/Packers to pick, package, and restock products on the 2nd shift (2:00-10:30pm). You will operate an RF scanner, read pick tickets, and move items to the shipping area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months related work experience.
• Experience using an RF Scanner.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions.
• A high degree of attention required to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required.
• Fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders by reading pick tickets (BOLs) and move product to the shipping area by operating an RF Scanner
• Package various products to order specifications
• Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing orders
• Train new and existing team members on different functions of the production area to ensure all can perform each task properly; share knowledge and best practices to help aid efficiency and productivity
• Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties
• Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department

WeatherTech Direct is seeking well-qualified Order Pickers/Packers to pick, package, and restock various products. Open positions are on 2nd Shift.

2nd Shift Times: 2:00-10:30pm

• The hourly rate of pay is $18.50 per hour or more depending on experience. 2nd Shift receives a $1.00 shift differential
