Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years Microsoft Office experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds and stand for shifts up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support, motivate, and model desired behavior for the rest of the team.
• Manage operational processes, safety, quality, performance, and customer delivery promises following the Regional Area Manager guidance.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized workspace.
• Provide ongoing training in systems and equipment knowledge, quality training, and general operations.
• Collaborate with associates and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Receive truck deliveries and ensure proper product flow.
