Job summary

Suburban Automotive Service is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage inbound shipments, verify product quality, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment. The role includes offloading vendor trucks, receiving against purchase orders, storing stock with FIFO discipline, and participating in cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

It also involves training teammates and cross-training for other warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Previous work experience at Suburban Automotive Services with outstanding attendance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Accurately offload inbound vendor trucks.
• Conduct quality control upon receipt.
• Receive products against purchase orders.
• Store/stock products with FIFO discipline to support efficient picking.
• Rotate and restock based on FIFO dates and stocking levels.
• Use restocking and forward-stocking practices.
• Operate safety protocols for powered equipment and general dock safety.
• Assist in cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Train and onboard new hires to the team.
• Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values.
