Job summary

BENCO Equipment is seeking a Warehouse Order Picking Lead in St. Cloud, MN to supervise daily warehouse operations and lead a team in picking and/or receiving functions. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and productive teamwork.

You will coach staff, ensure on-time order fulfillment, and maintain organized picking/receiving workflows while liaising with warehouse leadership to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in picking, receiving, or inventory control.
• Demonstrated leadership ability or readiness to step into a lead role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude with a hands-on, team-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support picking and/or receiving operations, coaching team members to meet accuracy and safety standards.
• Oversee accurate picking, staging, and on-time order fulfillment.
• Direct receiving and entry of shipments into ADIS/TPW systems and logs.
• Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and housekeeping.
