Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee multi-department activities within a distribution center, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. You will guide warehouse associates and provide training on material handling equipment.

The role requires coaching, coordinating daily warehousing tasks, and ensuring safety and data accuracy across inventory systems. You will back up all warehousing functions as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a department or team in a distribution center.
• 3+ years working across multiple DC departments.
• Experience operating material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates on warehousing duties and equipment.
• Coordinate and prioritize warehousing work for efficiency.
• Operate material handling equipment to load, unload, pick, stock, and stage inventory.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.
• Verify and enter product data into inventory system.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety policies.
• Complete required paperwork during shifts.
• Serve as back-up for all warehousing functions.
