Job summary

The Suddath Companies is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise all warehouse activities on a designated shift, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and forklift operations. You will ensure accurate picking, packing, staging, and order fulfillment while maintaining safety and inventory controls.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED and at least two years in warehousing, with knowledge of OSHA standards and experience with RF scanners and HRIS/timekeeping systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of related warehouse experience or training.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all warehouse activities on shift or account.
• Operate forklift, load/unload, pick/pack, and stage products.
• Maintain inventory control and accurate records.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area.
