Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Lead to guide distribution tasks at the Phoenix location. You will assist customers and suppliers, supervise staff, and ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating inbound and outbound activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting loading/unloading while complying with safety standards. Prior experience in building materials is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3+ years of warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction materials and building products helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and assist customers and suppliers.
• Lead assigned activities and coordinate workload and training of staff.
• Manage receiving, stocking, and quality control of merchandise.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize storage areas.
• Ensure safety compliance and equipment maintenance.
