Job summary

Advanced Input Systems is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coordinate daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate handling of materials and timely support for production and customer orders. The role serves as the first point of contact for staff, providing direction, training, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehouse/logistics, strong leadership, and proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and ERP transactions.
Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse activities and assign tasks to meet shipping, receiving, and inventory goals.
Oversee receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of materials while ensuring accuracy.
Enforce safety policies, conduct daily checks, and address hazards or violations.
Support Lean initiatives, 5S, and continuous improvement efforts; track KPI metrics.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
