Menasha Corporation's ORBIS RPM division is seeking a motivated Warehouse Lead to support Warehouse Associate duties and back up Service Center management. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience ready to take the next step into leadership.

You will lead daily operations, perform warehouse tasks, manage paperwork, and use Word and Excel, while ensuring safety and achieving service center goals. Forklift experience and leadership are essential; shift is 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

Qualifications

• 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience.
• Prior forklift experience required.
• Prior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectations.
• Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed.
• Accurately complete daily paperwork and documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Communicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager.
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely.
• Follow and reinforce all company safety rules and policies.
• Assist management in achieving financial goals for the service center.
• Follow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints.
• Ensure team members meet job expectations and adhere to ORBIS policies.
